Instructons for Availing Door Step Sampark Services Delivery
  • The Door Step Service Delivery is available to the applicants from 8:30AM to 7:30PM all days of the week
  • In order to process the Door Step Service Delivery request, the applicant will submit details like- Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number, Email id, address, landmark, name of service, number of services & transactions. etc
  • The applicant can choose a preferred time-slot from the available time slots (8:30AM to 10AM, 10AM to 12noon, 12noon to 2PM, 2PM to 4PM, 4PM to 6PM and 6PM to 7:30PM)
  • The appointment booking can be done minimum 2 days in advance and maximum up to 90 days in advance all days of the week
  • The applicant can cancel the scheduled appointment upto one day prior to the date of appointment
  • The applicant can request additional service to Sampark Mitra on arrival
  • The applicant can view/download the service application form along with the list of supporting documents for the selected service
  • The applicant will have the choice to prefill the application form and keep a copy of the supporting documents ready before the scheduled date of appointment in order to expedite the process
  • Upon successful submission of the request, a service request id is generated. Applicant would get a confirmation SMS with the scheduled appointment details
  • Applicant to receive the name and contact number of Sampark Mitra prior from the service delivery timeslot
  • Applicant to get a confirmation call from the Sampark Mitra on the scheduled date of visit
  • For availing the services at door step, citizen has to pay Rs 210/- (inclusive of taxes) per service transaction and Rs 105/- (inclusive of taxes) for every subsequent service transaction (excluding other charges/fees).
