Process of Online Application through e-Sampark Portal for issuance of e-Stamp paper (available for Banks only) :

Online application for issuance of e-Stamp Paper is available only for Banks (for Bulk purchase only). Except Bank no other organisations/institutes/companies/individual should use this online Application available in e-Sampark Portal for issuance of e-Stamp paper. Anybody except Bank if applied then it would be treated as violation and no eStamp would be issued and no payment would be refunded being automated process.

During filling of Application Form it is advised to check all the details carefully before submission of the Application form online. Once submitted no correction can be done on submitted details and e-Stamp paper would be printed with the details submitted online and Sampark would not be responsible for any spelling mistake/wrong name entered during application form submission.

This Application is only for providing Information online by Bank for e-Stamp paper printing and make payment for the same digitally, after filling up the Application Form with desired details and on completion of the online payment through Net Banking, The Banks needs to prepare a request letter in the letter head of the respective branch along with details supplied during filling of Application form duly signed and stamped by authorized representative of the Bank. After completion of the printing of e-Stamp paper at designated Sampark Centre, automated SMS alert would be sent in the mobile number provided during payment process by Bank. After receiving the SMS from Sampark for completion of printing process, Authorized representative of Bank should visit the designated Sampark Centre along with the request letter mentioned above for collecting the physical e-Stamp paper from designated Sampark Centre


  1. Create login in e-Sampark portal ( for application for eStamp paper and use existing user id and password to login into account.
  2. Click on “Online Services” and then click on “Apply for e-Stamp paper”.
  3. The details of the First Party needs to be entered first and on submission of the same, the option for entering details of second party would be available. All required details needs to be entered very carefully. Single Application Form can be used to apply for multiple second party and for each second party separate entry to be added in the Application form. After entering details of every second party, click on “Add New Row” to enter more party under a single application.
  4. On completion of the same, move to payment details section and select the Sampark Center from where applicant would pick up the printed e-Stamp paper after completion of the printing process along with e-mail id and mobile no of the applicant that would be used for all further communication through e-mail and SMS.
  5. After entering all details in the Payment Section, click on “Pay Now” button, it would open the payment gateway page for making online payment through various digital payment methods however currently payment through Net banking should be preferred for faster processing of application
  6. On completion of the payment process receipt of Sampark with all application details would be generated, applicant can take print out of the same.SMS confirmation of the payment along with receipt no. for the same would also be sent to the registered mobile no. However applicants are requested not to visit Sampark centre till SMS confirmation received on registered mobile number for completion of the printing process.
  7. Applicant(Banks) also needs to prepare a request letter in the letter head of the respective branch with list of party details supplied during filling of Application form. The request letter should be duly signed and stamped by authorized representative of the Bank.
  8. Now all details of the application would be automatically available at designated Sampark centre for printing of the e-Stamp paper.
  9. Customer Care Executive present at Sampark centre would do the printing of the e-Stamp paper based on the details entered by the applicant online and on completion of the printing process, automated SMS alert would be sent in the registered mobile number with request for collection of the printed e-stamp paper from designated Sampark Centre.
  10. On receipt of SMS confirmation from Sampark Centre for completion of the Printing process and request to collect the printed e-Stamp paper from Sampark centre, authorized representative of the Bank along with signed request letter as mentioned above needs to visit the Sampark centre to collect the printed e-Stamp paper
